MSCP’s statement regarding the COVID-19 pandemic
MSCP Heat Management Solutions has taken the necessary steps to proactively plan and manage issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Our primary focus continues to be the health and safety of our employees, our communities and the clients we serve.
- We continue to monitor and implement measures in accordance with Health Canada, WHO and the government of Alberta.
- Conducting daily virtual meetings
- Instituting work from home protocols, employees who can continue to work from home have been given the necessary tools to do so.
- Promoting physical distancing by reducing the number of personnel working in an area at the same time and staggering work schedules.
- Suspending non-essential travel.
- Increased cleaning and sanitizing of work areas and equipment.
- Requiring employees and contractors to stay home if they are not feeling well.
- We are also taking steps to manage our business resilience including supply chain review, spending controls and operational cost reductions. This will ensure operational readiness when suspensions are lifted.
